We ship as soon as possible - most of the time within 24 hours of order placement. You will receive an e-mail from us when your order ships. Priority Mail transit times are 2-3 days within the United States. All items ship out of Minnesota - so UPS ground to California and the West Coast takes 4 days, Florida, Georgia, North & South Carolina take 3 days. New Jersey, NY, and up the East Cost from there is all 4 days transit time from Minnesota. States closer to Minnesota are either 1 or 2 days transit time by UPS Ground.
Return & Exchange Policy
Products returned for a refund are accepted provided they are returned, at the buyers expense, within 14 days of purchase in new resalable condition. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. PLEASE make sure you include a note with your return so we know who it's from. We can't process your return if we don't know who it's from!
Please contact us by email prior to returning an item for an exchange. There is a $15 charge for any exchange to cover the cost of re-stocking the returned item and shipping out the new item.
