Shipping, Returns & Warranty

NOTE UPDATED SHIPPING INFORMATION FROM UPS AND USPS DURING THIS PANDEMIC TIME:

USPS: USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package Services will likely see their two to three-day delivery windows extended to three or four day. Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail Local 1-Day deliveries are not impacted at this time, though.

UPS: Effective March 26, 2020, UPS has suspended UPS service guarantees until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Shipments created during this time are not eligible for service refunds. Commitment times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.

Pick-Up In Store:

  • You can pick up your order from our Ramsey, MN shop location if you prefer. Please contact us via email or chat to schedule a time to pick up.
  • In most cases, your order will be ready for pickup the next day. Lawn Striping Kits are usually ready about 2pm.
  • Make sure you chat or email us ahead of time to verify that someone will be here when you arrive.

Shipping:

All items ship out of Ramsey, Minnesota.

  • We ship as soon as possible - most of the time within 24 hours of order placement. (Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday)
  • You will receive an e-mail from us when your order ships.
  • We ship worldwide. 
  • International orders: Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and will NOT include your local duty and/or customs fees.

Payments:

  • We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Paypal, Amazon Pay, VisaCheckout & Apple Pay.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Products returned for a refund are accepted provided they are returned, at the buyers expense, within 30 days of purchase in new resalable condition. Installed electrical components cannot be returned. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Refunds are processed within 3 days of the item being received by us and credited to the original payment method.
PLEASE make sure you include a note with your return so we know who it's from. We can't process your return if we don't know who it's from!
Please contact us by email prior to returning an item for an exchange. There is a $15 charge for any exchange to cover the cost of re-stocking the returned item and shipping out the new item.

Harrison Specialties LLC Warranty:

Harrison Specialties LLC products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Harrison Specialties LLC sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Harrison Specialties LLC sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Harrison Specialties LLC assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Harrison Specialties LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
